I live in the Northeast Metro area with my husband and three children. I’m a Colorado native and have spent most of my life in the North Metro.
My background includes training at the University of Northern Colorado and graduate study in special education at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
I completed my Master’s degree in Counseling in 2014.
Over the course of my career, I have worked with first responders, individuals in the justice system, families in crisis, and adults navigating trauma, addiction, and complex life experiences.
Ongoing education is central to how I practice, and I regularly pursue advanced training to better support the people I work with.
