ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)

Our understanding of ADHD has grown and evolved so much in the last few decades. Often when people come to therapy with undiagnosed/untreated ADHD they are experiencing a great amount of unexplained depression and anxiety. When we are able to identify any type of neurodivergence and begin to work with the brain instead of against it, a great deal of peace and understanding can be found.

EMDR

EMDR is a very effective form of therapy for many people. We can never take away the memories, but EMDR can help lower the physical and emotional response we have.

Teens and Young Adults (18-25)

Figuring out how to be an adult can feel overwhelming — balancing school or work, trying to afford rent, and navigating relationships, all while social media makes it seem like everyone else has it figured out.

I specialize in working with young adults who are in this in-between stage of life — launching into independence, trying to find direction, and learning how to understand their own emotions and needs. Whether you feel disconnected from yourself, unsure of what you want, or just tired of trying to hold it all together, therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of things, and start building a life that actually feels like yours.

Couples Work

Many couples wait until things feel unbearable before starting therapy — when the distance feels heavy, communication breaks down, or trust has been shattered by emotional, sexual, or financial infidelity. I work with partners who still care deeply but feel stuck in painful patterns, helping them rebuild trust, communicate openly, and rediscover what brought them together in the first place.
